Lil’ Boy Berkhatan

Last Saturday – 26/11/2016 Ayen berkhatan. Yang nervous-nya macam biasa Ayah dia. He was a bit under the weather that day so the appointment for him almost got cancelled by the doctor. Alhamdulillah akhirnya doktor setuju untuk khatankan.

So today sudah hari yang ke-5. Luka nampaknya seperti sudah kering. Ayen masih takut-takut untuk pakai seluar. Semalam dia hanya pakai samping KAFA yang warna merah tu. Heheheh…hari ini dia dah berani pakai seluar Abang dia.

Untuk diet dia sempena berkhatan ini, saya masakkan ikan-ikan (siakap, jenahak & tenggiri). Saya elakkan seafood, telur ayam & ayam. Tapi hari ini saya gorengkan ayam untuk lunch sebab dia asyik sebut-sebut “Dah lama tak makan ayam goreng” hihi.

Doakan Ayen cepat sembuh dan cepat-cepat boleh pergi swimming dan main bola semula ye.

Life Begins at 40

Really? Does it? I don’t know. I am not there yet (wink).

So, it’s hubsie 40-th birthday today! I thought I wanna be the 1st person to wish him Happy Birthday on 12.01am-20th November but I fell asleep at 10.00pm. Kihkihhh… it is sooo me…I am a morning person while he is a batman (night person?)

I bought him Nike Airmax like he always wanted. He said it’s expensive (it is!! but he keeps talking about it for ages!). So yeah… anything for you Honey.. if I can buy the moon for you, I would (ok.. I lied) hihih..

UEM Charity Run – 3rd HM

Venue: Persada Plus РHighway

Assalamualaikum girls (and guys, maybe?). UEM Run marked as my 3rd HM & Fastest HM!! 2:56:30. We ran through Highway which was so tense sebab di KM10-KM11 mendaki bukit. Tapi selepas mendaki itu, kami u-turn di KM11 dan lari turun bukit sepanjang 1-2KM.

Mungkin sebab itulah saya dapat Personal Best kan?! The finishing line pun best sebab kami mesti berlari menerusi plaza toll!! Seronok!!

On my way to get the finishing medal & t-shirt, I saw Kak Zie – my ex-colleague! She was waiting & cheering for her friend. (Psstt… Kak Zie..jom lari!)

MALAYSIA WOMEN MARATHON 2016 (MWM)

Date/Day : 6th March 2016 (Sunday)

Distance: Garmin: 21.6km. Official: 21.195km

Timing: Garmin 3:06:28. Official : 3:06:26

Venue: Shah Alam, Selangor

Hello guys & girls – MWM2016 was my 2nd Half Marathon. I couldn’t believe it that last time I was rambling about how am I gonna run half marathon but now I already ran 2 HM! Pheww…

The timing is not something to be proud of anyway. But I am sure proud of myself because I finished strong & in one piece! Theeheee. Saya juga dapat ambil gambar bersama pelari elite Malaysia – Edan Shah!!

The route was long & hot. My legs cramped at KM18. Gaaahhh!! The crowd was superb! I met some familiar faces there too.

Don’t forget to have fun

Life is stressful kan? We have to juggle so many things. Family, work, training, financial bla..bla..

Running pun stressful ok. Ada banyak persoalan yang perlu dijawab. Contoh:
1. Kenapa aku malas hari ini?
2. Kenapa aku tak laju?
3. Kenapa aku cepat penat?
4. Kenapa gps ni lembab?
5. Kenapa mileage si polan ni lagi banyak dari aku ni? (Rujuk nike+ app)
6. Kenapa aku tak kurus lagi niiihhhh arghh stress!!

Hehe… stop! Stop judging people. Stop judging yourself. Just live the life today. Yang semalam tu biarlah jadi history. Yang esok tunggulah esok baru pikir. Haha.. boleh pakai ke nasihat gini?

If you can’t run fast, run slow.
If you can’t run, you walk.
Just keep moving. Don’t stop. (I’m talking to myself ok).

If you’re tired of running, go cycle. Watch the sunset. Smell your kid’s hair. Kiss your hubby’s cheek. Let your kids teach you someting (build a lego robot maybe?). Call your mom/dad. Eat chocolate icecream. Dance like nobody’s watching. Ditch the pants when you are at home alone (my fav). Haha!! Eat sushi. Cook some tomyam. Saute some brussel sprouts. Nyum…(I’m hungry).

Life is too short. Stop worrying about the thing that yet to be happened.
